In this three minute morning, I want to discuss creativity and the sacral chakra, which is second from the bottom.

Its location is just an inch or two below the belly button, right in the center, and it's an incredibly vital and important chakra to our creativity. And to many things, but today I want to discuss creativity.

All human beings are born with the need to create something. Yet, so many people find it difficult to do that. They don't even know where to start.

I know I've been in that position before. So what goes wrong?

When our creativity gets stuck or blocked. It's a good idea to take a look at our second chakra and what's going on there. Ask what the energy is like, what it's like when it's balanced, and what it's like when it's blocked or damaged somehow.

So, the second chakra, the sacral chakra, is home to our reproductive organs, the lower intestines, the low back, the urinary tract. This part of the body has so much to do with our functioning.

It's the part of the body where things are expelled, which is very much like creating something. You need to get it out of you, whether it's breathing.

Visual arts, performing arts, literary arts, whatever it is, is an extremely important thing. And the creative process is very messy.

No matter what type of art or creativity you endeavor in, the actual process of creating something is filled with difficulties and challenges. To take creative action, you have to be prepared.

completes a cycle, a creative cycle. It has a lot to do with how we express ourselves, especially in one on one situations.

So sexuality, relationships of any kind that are one on one, emotions.

This chakra governs the emotions. The element of water belongs to this chakra. It's an incredibly powerful chakra.

A lot of energy can move through here, and when it gets damaged or blocked, a lot of things can go wrong.

Especially in our personal lives, and in our ability to be creative.

And I believe that our ability to be creative has a lot to do with our ability to be free and independent. In our thinking, in our way, our behavior, in our energy.

And if more individuals can feel the fullness and expansion of their freedom and their creative abilities, that spreads throughout a culture, and a nation, and the world.

So, if you're feeling blocked creatively, have a look at this chakra, just sort of tune in, and ask yourself, how have you been feeling emotionally lately?

How have you felt in your one on one relationships? Peace.

Have you gotten into too many habits and settled into a routine that hasn't allowed you to be more expressive?

So, have a look there first, and that can give you a lot of information to help you move forward and become more creative and get your creativity flowing.
