In this short chakra talk, I want to discuss the heart chakra.
The heart chakra, of course, is right in the middle of our chest.
It corresponds directly with the heart and love, and also with the color green.
The heart chakra acts as a bridge between the upper three chakras and the lower three chakras.
I discuss what happens when things go wrong with this chakra and what we can do to heal it.
